Trusted Trout offers several options that are suited for both new and intermediate fly fishers.
Beginners Program
This is a no pressure, 1-on-1 introduction to the sport of fly fishing. The focus will be on the fundamentals.
Time: This is a four hour program
What to bring: All fly fishing equipment will be provided, but you can use yours if you have it – just let us know in advance. Flies and extra leaders are included as well. Waders are not required!
What to expect: These trips are a combination of informal learning and hands-on practice capped off with the opportunity to catch and land your first fish on a fly. This is a great way to get your feet wet in the sport of fly fishing. There will be a great deal of information shared, but it will not be overwhelming. Please don’t be shy in terms of asking any questions – there are no bad questions when it comes to fly fishing!

Casting Lessons
If you're new to fly fishing and want to learn the basics of fly casting or if you're an experienced veteran looking for feedback and tips to perfect your technique, we are here to help with 1-on-1 fly casting lessons.
